Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore local attractions like Windsor Castle and Twickenham. The rooms, although small and not as depicted in the pictures, were adequately cleaned. The service was a mix of unwelcoming behavior with a redeeming gesture of offering sandwiches and tea. The dining options were limited but buffet-style, and the hotel had basic facilities available.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rowdy occupants in a different room kept me up all night, but luckily I was out late. The room was dirty and dusty, but we managed as we only used it for sleeping. The breakfast was average, and the location was good for exploring Windsor, but it needs a makeover. The service was disappointing as the vegan breakfast I ordered was not available, but the staff had a positive attitude. The dining experience had some issues with lukewarm coffee, but at least it was included in the price.
